How it works

Opal Events will visit you and provide you with a comprehensive consultation. Event budgets and creative ideas will be discussed so that all your expectations are met. We work closely with clients to ensure their own flair and individuality are fully incorporated into the final plan.

Our service is flexible, ranging from providing advice through to fully organising your event.

We ensure all the elements of your event are fully discussed and co-ordinated. Your event is as special to us as it is to you. Opal Events prides itself on its philosophy that each event should be treated as unique. To that end, whether we provide you with a consultation or organise your entire event for you, we will ensure that it is tailor-made to suit your individual requirements, and put the ‘special’ into your day!

Peace of mind

We do not accept commission from suppliers; so instead of you being limited by a restricted list, we are able to present you with the most suitable suppliers for your needs. Instead, we charge a modest fee for our research and independent advice.

You retain any discounts or have the full advantage of any special rates we negotiate on your behalf. We believe in a transparent pricing policy and our clients can be assured that our fees are the only ones that they are paying.

Opal Events will do all the ‘leg work’ for you.
