Service One:
A complimentary visit to you of up to an hour to assess your requirements for your special occasion.
Cost: Free of charge within a twenty mile radius of our base in Orpington, Kent.
Service Two:
A second visit to establish the details of your special occasion in depth, including:
- Type and style of event
- Your budget
- Designing the event
- Supplier & service provision
- Key actions and dates
- Review & feedback
This service includes:
- A typed end-of-meeting report for you to keep
- A clear layout of all of your requirements
- A list of suggested suppliers/venue contact details needed to support your special occasion
- Opal Events' suggestions and/or recommendations
Cost: £150.00
Service Three:
Opal Events can help you develop and co-ordinate your event further:
- Liaise with and book the venue and/or suppliers
- Negotiate special rates with suppliers/venues on your behalf
- Visit venues at your request, including:
- onsite photographs of the venue
- a comprehensive typed report
- leaflets/brochures from the venue
- Accompanying visits with you to suppliers/venues if required
- coordination and help on the day of your special event
Opal Events believes in and will always promote fair pricing. To this end, we charge a modest rate (please see below) to keep within your budget. At your request we can pre-set a budget for this service and keep you informed, by either weekly or monthly correspondence.
You, the client, have full control over how you want to use this service.
Cost: £22.00 per hour
Service Four:
This service is designed especially for clients who require certain aspects of Opal Events services. For example, you may just require recommended suppliers or venues without the stress of searching through telephone directories or travelling from place to place - Opal Events can do this for you. You can pick and choose services as required, tailor-made for you.
